The semester is in full swing. Things are going, going, going.  It seems like people are all around you. Class, dorm, projects, church, apartment, gym, clubs, serving…

What we don’t want is for you to be busy, for you to be going, but to still be alone.

That’s why we have created community groups.  Actually we have created 5 of them.

Why? Because community matters.

So here are the times.  Pick the time that works best for you and get involved.

Lots of talk about the fall retreat this weekend.

Incredible way to start the semester.

Greg teaching.

JC teaching.

Great worship.

Friends.

Food.

I’ll be there, so should you.

But I want to make sure we are clear on something.

Retreats are incredible.

Life change happens in relationship.

I really hope alot of you will be on the retreat, a bunch of you have already signed up to be there, but more than a retreat I hope you will get into a community group.

Week in, week out- being in each others lives, being disciplined, talking about that Gospel, THAT leads to life change.

So i really hope you’ll come on the retreat, bu ultimately, it’s just a tool to get you into community with other students and ultimately help you grow in your relationship with Jesus.

Our community groups begin this next week.

Welcome back!!

Tonight Crossroad starts back at 8pm in the worship center.  Come join hundreds of college students from across Knoxville as we worship and learn from the word of God. Be there.

We will also have sign up for our college community groups beginning tonight.  We have four college community groups this year. (You do not have to be enrolled in college to attend one of these groups, just college aged- 18-23).  H

Here are our groups:

All of the groups are similar in make up and style.  Simply pick the time that works best for you and get involved!

We also have our fall retreat in just 2 weeks!  This will be a great way to kick off the year as we get away for a time of focused teaching, worship and community. The cost is $59 and sign ups begin tonight!

In just 2 weeks, August 16th, Crossroad will kick off at 8pm in the worship center.

That is the same week that CollegeLife will kick off our college community groups!

Can’t wait.

We will NOT be starting until 7:30, so chill out for an extra 30 minutes and show up around 7:30ish.

We’ll be swimming, studying worldview and hanging out. Come on!

It’s hard to believe but summer is basically here!
We will begin our summer programming on May 18th here at Fellowship Church. This summer will be laid back with bible study, worship, days at the lake, frisbee golf, service, and much more. We hope you can make an effort to be apart.
